I’m a Technical Operations Manager and Software Engineer with 13 years of client-facing experience in luxury retail and hospitality, paired with 6 years of technical expertise building, integrating, and optimizing scalable systems. My background uniquely bridges high-touch customer service with deep technical execution—allowing me to translate complex infrastructure, security, and product capabilities into clear, revenue-driving solutions.
Currently at EarthCam, I design and implement API-driven operational tooling, including a “kill switch” alert rerouting system that reduced false alerts by 40%. I develop and maintain internal security and monitoring tools using Python, Jinja, and PHP/Laravel to optimize workflows, strengthen visibility, and improve response accuracy across enterprise environments.
In addition to operational leadership, I serve in a Sales Engineer–focused capacity as a Security Product Expert during pre- and post-sales engagements.
